Hostel Bookings Policy: Freedom Rainbow Beach
- Check-in is available from 12:30 pm. Guests must check-out by 9.30am on their day of departure. Luggage storage is available.
- Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay at Freedom Rainbow without their parent or guardian.
- Guests staying in dormitory rooms must be aged 18+.
- Accommodation must be paid in full at or prior to check-in. Bookings taken over the telephone will require payment of a deposit equal to one night’s accommodation for the booking.
- 24-hour cancellation policy: There is no cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior to check-in will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the first night’s accommodation.
- If you have made a reservation for more than one person in a dormitory room and you want to be allocated beds in the same room, then please make this request at the time of booking. If you do not make a request at time of your booking then we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the entire group in one room.
- All guests are required to present valid photo identification when checking-in. Freedom Rainbow will only accept a valid international Passport for international guests. Guests without valid photo ID will not be permitted to check-in.
- Freedom accepts cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.
