Do you have free WiFi?
We’ve got free WiFi hostel wide, so you can post holiday snaps to your heart’s content, or FaceTime your mum and tell her how much you miss her!
Where can I store my luggage?
We’ve got a free luggage storage space.
Can I store my luggage after I check out?
Yes, you can. Just make sure you don’t forget it when you leave!
What are your reception hours?
Reception is available from 8am-9pm.
Are linen/towels included?
Both linen and towels come with private rooms and villas.
What’s your smoking policy?
We don’t mind if you smoke. Just keep it outside in the allocated smoking areas.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
Is there parking?
Guest parking is available if you’re staying in a villa, otherwise, there’s free parking on the road outside of the hostel.
I left something at the hostel, how do I get it back?
That sucks! But no problem, just give us a call or send us an email and we’ll look at your options for postage.
